Digital Products Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise.

When We Offer Refunds

We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
  • Technical Issues: If you cannot download or access the product due to a technical problem on our end
  • Misleading Description: If the product differs substantially from its description
  • Fraudulent Purchase: If a purchase was made without your authorization

Refund Process

  1. All purchases are processed through Gumroad.
  2. Refund requests are handled by Gumroad's refund system.
  3. Refunds are processed by Gumroad directly — we do not handle payment information.
  4. Approved refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Visit your Gumroad Purchases page
  2. Find the product you want to refund
  3. Click "Contact" or "Request a refund"
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

Subscription Refunds

For recurring subscription products, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous payments unless required by applicable law.

Exceptions

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products that function as described but don't meet personal expectations
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
